コレッジの同窓生規則に基本的に従います。具体的には: / The Club shall, in principle, act in accordance with the alumni regulations of the College. In particular, the following shall apply:
*チャーチルコレッジににおいて学部生・大学院生として所属しそこで学位を取得した卒業生。
Graduates who were affiliated with Churchill College as undergraduates or postgraduates and obtained their degrees there.
*客員フェロー等として当該コレッジの正式なメンバーとして所属し教育・研究に携わった方々。
Individuals who have been affiliated with the College such as Visiting By-Fellows and engaged in teaching and research.
*なお、現在、学生または(客員)フェローとして正式にカレッジに所属されている方々につきましても、各種イベントへのご参加が可能です。
Please note that those who are currently formally affiliated with the College as undergraduate/postgraduate students or as (Visiting) Fellows are also most welcome to take part in the Club’s various events.

第一条(名称)/ Article 1
本クラブは、「Churchill Alumni Club Japan」と称します。
This Club shall be known as the Churchill Alumni Club Japan.
第二条(目的)/ Article 2
本クラブは、会員相互の連絡およびコレッジとの関係を円滑にし、親睦と交流を深めることを目的とします。また、本クラブは、英国ケンブリッジ大学チャーチル・コレッジと日本における同窓生を結ぶ公式な拠点としての役割を担い、卒業後も変わらずコレッジとのつながりを感じ、育み続けることのできる場を提供します。
The purpose of the Churchill Alumni Club Japan shall be to facilitate communication among its members and to maintain and strengthen its relationship with the College, thereby promoting fellowship and meaningful exchange. Furthermore, the Club shall serve as the official hub connecting Churchill College, University of Cambridge, with its alumni in Japan, providing a forum in which graduates may continue to feel, sustain, and cultivate their enduring connection with the College beyond graduation.
第三条(事務局)/ Article 3
本クラブの事務局は、幹事長が所属する公的な組織内に置くものとします。幹事長は、ウェブページの管理および更新を担うとともに、総会や各種催し、企画の準備を主導します。
The administrative office of the Club shall be established within the public institution with which the Secretary-General is professionally affiliated. The Secretary-General shall have charge of the maintenance and periodic updating of the Club’s website and shall oversee the arrangements for the Annual General Meeting, together with such other meetings, events, and activities as the Club may from time to time undertake.
第四条(会員)/ Article 4
本クラブには、チャーチル・コレッジの同窓会名簿に登録されている方が会員となれます。
Membership of the Club shall be open to those individuals whose names are entered on the official alumni register of Churchill College.
第五条(役員および幹事会)/ Article 5
本クラブには、会長一名および幹事長一名を置きます。会長および幹事長の両名が合意した場合、幹事会を開催することができます。幹事会は、会長、幹事長ならびに両名が認めたクラブ会員によって構成されます。
This Club shall have one President and one Secretary-General. Upon the mutual agreement of the President and the Secretary-General, an Executive Committee may be convened. The Executive Committee shall consist of the President, the Secretary-General, and such members of the Club as are jointly approved by them.
第六条(総会)/ Article 6
本クラブは、毎年一回、総会を開催します。必要に応じて、臨時総会を開くこともできます。総会および臨時総会の開催時期、場所、その他の詳細については、幹事会が定めます。
This Club shall convene a General Meeting once each year. Extraordinary General Meetings may be convened as necessary. All matters relating to the timing, venue, and other details of both General and Extraordinary General Meetings shall be determined by the Executive Committee.
第七条(幹事会の役割)/ Article 7
幹事会は、前条に定める事項のほか、次の業務を担当し、その内容を総会において会員に報告します。また、会員相互の親睦を深めることを目的として、幹事は随時、さまざまな催しを企画・実施します。
1. 会費の管理および会計報告に関すること
2.本クラブの運営および会務の執行に関すること
In addition to the matters stipulated in the preceding Article, the Executive Committee shall administer the following affairs and shall report thereon to the members at the General Meeting. Furthermore, with the aim of promoting fellowship among members, the officers shall, from time to time, plan and implement various events.
The management of membership fees and the preparation of financial reports.
The execution and administration of the Club’s affairs.
第八条(会則の変更)/ Article 8
本会則の変更は幹事会において行い、その内容を総会にて会員に報告します。
Amendments to these Articles of Association shall be made by the Executive Committee, and any such amendments shall be reported to the members at the General Meeting.
